I agree with you Energyshares...WHY...???
The Closed Period is normally 30days...not 40days...
'The close period, in accounting, is the time span covering the completion of a company's finances and the subsequent release of those financials to the public. During the close period, insiders are prohibited from trading company shares or making any relevant information public before it is officially
announced.'
Now is 40 based on 30 plus 10 days to cover Insiders linked to the Placing.
We will see soon enough...
Now ask yourself why Levicept replaced their CEO with Elliott...especially when Gilde and Medicxi are key investors. These two investors have input and will be in contact with Elliott.
So why is Elliott our Chairman allowing our Executive team to make key decisions which some feel are so detrimental to the business.
Nah...it doesn't add up...
Yes..duff research and also not spelling out the different types of IIs. If you really want to protect the company from a low ball takeover you don't encourage certain IIs...best to look for the likes of Gilde and Medicxi to mind the doors front and back...
'Alcibiades switched allegiances during the Peloponnesian War due to his failed Sicilian Expedition, which was a huge defeat for Athens, and his upcoming trial for allegedly defacing religious statues in Athens.'...mmmm
Haha...PL75...most businesses use borrowed money to grow/fund R&D etc...I was referring to the DX side of the business which is basically what the Bond was for. The latest fundraise is for the TX side. The two businesses are being run as seperate operations and I wouldn't be surprised if DX will be hived off or merged into another company a sort of RTO and the bond covered or absorbed into the new entity or paid off. Something is afoot...
Have I just seen nearly 300K about to come thru late.
