There’s no benefit to Innova in teaming with Avacta. They’re selling their test in spades. Their test will be mega cheap to manufacture, with huge upside selling to end users.

I get the obvious benefits to the ‘perfect world’ scenario, but I just don’t see it. We’ll make our test, they’ll make theirs.

Just been saying this to an invested friend. The buffer mix, cap on, wait til you’re ready, then dispense. Which also looks to be a less messy design.

Query 1: I don’t see this as a limitation. What benefit would a further wait give? In reality, the test performance needs to be bound by a validated timeframe. It will no doubt work after 20mins.

Query 2: Like all risks, they are opportunities. It highlights what we know, I.e. frozen samples etc. And there’s now an alternative route to validation, hence stating ‘delay’ rather than prevent. It gives Avacta the chance to confirm the HMG are not a constraint, as they’ve been with our similar companies. Our market is huge.

What information? I believe CE is done. This application for registration with the body governing sales in the UK. Why would we do that if it was folly?

We are not concerned. Zero concerns. The RNS’s are explicit in our consigned and potential capacity. Worst case, 5M/month.

Innova aren’t building here for sovereignty, they’re building for the end user market having been snubbed by the gov. Post June, it’ll be a diff country where people are wanting LFT’s as green light access. This is the market they’re after. They need to spend all that money on something :)

Judge Avacta’s performance on volume and numbers. Then there’s the rest of the stuff on the side.
