Raffym , that is exactly what the data points to, and it represents the current situation. Growth stocks typically have a high PE. Check out the trailing sp average, both 200 and 50days. And yes as I said some good news: awards, vanadium price increases etc , would hopefully improve on both. And yes a future award is priced in the sp now and it does not happen what do you think this would mean for BMN?

Sammy, yes that is one way to consider the PE, you could also say that there is little consideration to its near future growth prospects- we all however think that not to be the case (hopefully). The MA however typifies a falling / neutral trend. This data does not point to a growth stock (yet) I have 125000 shares in BMN as I do believe in the green revolution and the suitability of verbs, but I would not go full in on them. Yes they could hopefully take off in the same was as Plug Power which is a stock that I have also held for a long time - their MA shows growth, but as yet no profits as is the case with many growth stocks. I am not negative on BMN but only trying to help you with information. It may be worth you while reading some renowned investment books - there are many about. Good luck.

Gambitxjs. Interesting that you consider PEs and SMAs to be twaddle. And there was no untruths in the point I made about BMNs PE and SMA, take a look yourself, it’s there in black and white for all to see on any reputable financial trading websites - try Hargreaves Lansdowns for example.

Alphacomp, The same goes for you. His initial response was of no help to Sammy,I tried to explain some fundamentals to help him understand investing better. Your associates response was of no help to him at all.

Faramog, I agree it can be at times, I hope that is the case with BMN. Although it is not the case for proven aim companies such as Boo and Asos. PS thanks for the spelling correction, you did however interpret it correctly. And also thank you for your polite response.

Gambitxjs. Your response actually demonstrates your complete lack of understanding of the basics of stock market investing. I did up until your last post consider you to be more knowledgeable. But then again I suppose I should have expected that kind of response from the BB bully boys.

Sammy, hopefully the vanadium price increase and potentially an award from Escom will have the desired affect upon the sp. However the Very low PE ratio does not indicate growth potential, and the SMAs do not give confidence. Let us all hope that these change very soon.

Sammy, the big problem there is that many more people will have read that than this BB, so correct not good news.

Alfacomp, well in that case Escom are keeping very stum about BMNs success.

Alfacomp, with respect I consider it a valid point given the certainty with which Libero is awaiting confirmation of a successful Escom bid.

Liberal, you talk as if the Escom win is a done deal - I hope you are correct. However if you are correct I assume it must be common knowledge, in which case why is that success not priced in now. Heaven forbid what the outcome will be if you are incorrect.
