Ive been watch the trades for months and its draged down very slowly and then left to move up before dragging it down very slowly again. Dont forget at descovery stage this was 0.06 so it can be dragged down more if they want to drag it down more. I cant see it going down to that before something changes but it will be toyed with until something substantial happens.

Oil is a big money spinner for any government so inviromental issiues are only a hurdle as it will bring them alot of money.

Ive not been here long so cant really put much input. Only what you already know. It does look interesting though. I surpose its normal practice for a patential buyer of billion dollor projects to put an agreement like that in place. At least it shows comitment to evaluate the project.

The thing is whats his saying is true so we can really complain about it. The bit i like about the whole situation is that the oil major has signed an agreement so that knowone else can come in half was threw negotiations and gazump them till they decide between them what kind of deal they want and give them plenty of time to do the maths on the whole thing.
