Not followed the chat for a while, i'm massively down here (probably 40-50k) as i invested back when it was 90p.

Is anyone in discussion with either the investor relations team or any external legal entity here for potential claims?

Not sure if this is Trump-related optimism or something has leaked but I'm nearly back to my 6.9p average after being down for quite a long time so no complaints here!

I'm slightly less optimistic on one point which is funding, whilst we ultimately didn't get anywhere Shishir was (in general) against mass dilution which was good for me with my 50 odd p average. Whilst it's a long game I'd be less happy if our new management board decided a big share issue was needed to get us there.

In shares there is a fine line between optimism, which the dictionary defines as a “tendency to look on the more favorable side of events and to expect the most favorable outcome,” and delusion, which is described as “a false belief that is resistant to reason or confrontation with actual fact.”

I'm in for 7p a share, years ago I had about 600k shares at 0.5p each and sold those for about £300 profit before it went up. Mrs still hasn't forgiven me for that one.

I've read about 2 days worth of posts, talk about getting £35 a share are ludicrous, anyone buying this business in the current environment aren't going to be doing so at anywhere near resource value. Personally I'd be happy with 10p and out, but I suspect the BOD will keep riding the gravy train for as long as possible i.e. until the war ends or the company does...

I can't even be bothered to work out what % increase is needed to get back to my avg of 56p.

GIven there's investment req'd I can't see anything near £1 or 40p a share to be perfectly honest, especially if this war continues to drag on giving the BOD a convenient meal ticket for even longer.

They will probably look at the SP today and at best offer a double digit % increase to it.

And for reference i'm holding with a 9p average here so it's not like that's my desired outcome or anything...!

Weirdly when voting on IG it is says the boards recommendation is to vote in favour of all actions i.e. removing Shishir and Poddar as well as appointing the new directors. must be an error Surely?

I think I've missed a lot of chat here.

I know there are questions over the corp governance by the current founders (and perhaps rightly so), but it does seem a little unproductive and naïve perhaps to try and oust them. If there were ever any doubts re TSG, taking TGR private or anything else to spite ordinary shareholders surely those options are being considered by the Poddars now!?
