Reading through what they say though, unless amigo keep magnificently detailed records on the application it’s probably almost impossible to disprove a claim under any of these reasons.

Total bunch of sharks those claims companies, they’ve had nothing to work on since Wonga etc went down so they’ve moved in here

chippy its a fair question, I emailed the board asking why they hadn't done this when the problem was identified almost 12m ago, no response thus far!if more people were emailing them they might tell us something...

they've certainly done their background, the single lane is very small to be fair so i guess they identified it as a risk area...
