I have the same issue as you.
Do I hold...my top slice is 10p.I am in profit but only just
My reasoning being I have held on other shares and well in profit only to get back to what I invested.
Last week I invested in PNPL at 5p and withdrew my investment at 13p after 2 days.VERY LUCKY and left the rest in as a free ride.
With RMS going back to 10p I would only withdraw my initial investment so its a free ride again.
But in saying that all votes count against warrants so for me i will probably hold as 10p should be a bare minimum in the coming weeks.

Thank you for your recent correspondence.

I can confirm that we have received your voting instruction and will hold it in our Shareholder Meeting Spreadsheet.

We currently do not have a firm date for this meeting, and therefore cannot process any instruction as of yet.

We will however continue to closely monitor Company announcements and then will be able to action voting request in advance, once we have more information on the date of the meeting, and it is closer to the time.

Just for info people on HL can just message them to tell them which way you want to vote.
Against hopefully.
I received an e mail back saying they will keep a look out for the GM and vote against as per my wish.
