As with the speculation re buy out/farm in joint venture etc and as I have never been involved in a company that have been invested in done it I have a couple of questions.

1. If we get offered say for arguments sake £5 per share for the discovery once confirmed and we all voted for it would the cash go straight into your broker account?

2.If we are completely taken over for again £5 per share do we just get paid £5 per share to our broker account and then hold zero shares?

Been thinking about this today at work.
