RM has major transparency issues and needs to step down if he's not going to do things properly. He's too much smoke & mirrors just about everything isn't as it seems, Resource, MRE , Holdings Funding, Production, Exploration.

They seriously need to improve going forward. The market is telling him.

The bottom line is the OCIM deal fell through but not sure if there's been some mis information put out because the deal would have involved heads of terms agreement, which makes a few passes back and forth, legal teams involved over several weeks etc so for them to say a last minute additional amendment doesn't actually ring right more likely it was an oversight as both companies legal teams would have been involved.

Not expecting RNS until Monday day of AGM and it should be a mixed bag of good & bad news.

I've zero trust in CEO before any financial deal there would have been a Heads of Terms negotiated that should be RNS'd and again it's missing.

Having said that I do believe in the assets therefore I'm invested.

Expect they'll be even more churn to go through to get us back up but with upcoming AGM and funding requirements.. traders must be caught in two minds because there's good news and bad news coming which one is bigger????

One thing I've over looked is that with OCIM out of the way, there would actually be more scope in the production for an increase in funding from the others!!!!!

Seriously? Robbie lovers the CEO is in charge and his actions got us into this situation. The guy who left was a non executive who would have had hardly anything to do with most/if any of this mess.

OCIM smelled a rat and stymied the process, looking at their other findings, they don't usually put conditions.

The company needs to do something and the quickest option is a placement.

I never voted or even got to see the proposals. There was plenty of people saying they were voting for them which would have out numbered me anyway.

Legalwolf, no RNS for the notice of AGM is a discrepancy which a professional shorter would look for especially as it was previously RNS'd.

Mick agree totally, the MCAP is now £7M and the chances of a TR-1 gets higher everyday.

That AGM is going to feel miles away at this rate.

Suggins, I think they should do a placement with a share buy back clause. Short term pain long term gain.

RM needs to step down and they need someone with experience in who does things properly with transparency.

Suggins, that's what they do they try and hide things every quarterly is different because they don't want you to see, they want them resolutions t to go through so they don't want everyone voting against.

As for last year's resolutions ask yourself.. did they max out dilution last year with the same resolutions?

It's not going to be pretty otherwise it would have been on a RNS.
