I'm calling BS on that one.. The last audited financial report was more complicated because it involved the transition of assets between companies and it was over an 18month period.

The overdue audited results will have a come from a much better starting point and therefore a much simpler process than before.

Looking forward to seeing them and wondering just how close to going under the company is /was.

Getting back to this share, it's a massive high risk and only worth a punt, the shareprice could go lower maybe to the teens and only a fool and their money are easily parted, especially if they get ramped in.

If the asset was really that great then there would be another company INVOLVED here IMO

With the extra shares in play, the shareprice movement characterisation will have changed. I find it quite exciting because no body knows where this is going and it's well worth the punt for the ride.

The financial reporting is basic listing compliance, currently months behind schedule, trading update is also months behind schedule.

The devil is in the detail, has the company signed any legally binding contract / agreements?

Nothing seems to add up, they go for a prospectus whilst breaking listing rules, they go for funding whilst not disclosing the financial position, they expanded into Tanzania using money & shares they really needed for Kilimapesa.

It's the same old addage, if the results were good we'd know about it but non disclosure breeds uncertainty.

Joe this is a little £8m AIM company now that's flooded with shares around 0.25p, funded drill going to SPUD early January.

You're making a fool of yourself trying to be some sort of encyclopedia on drilling.

No one gives a monkeys about the technical side of the drill, it's all about the funding / drilling results / shareprice.
