Before this cataclysmic volte-face I noticed that anyone who had bought 5 days ago was up nearly 100%. I hope many of them took the money and ran.

I'm reminded of an article I read written by a wise old investor. He said (I'm paraphrasing) 'If you're invested in a junior miner on AIM and you're currently in profit, SELL.'

Thar Block VI's development has faced obstacles, with reports indicating the project to build a power plant and coal-to-gas/liquid facilities was "put on ice" by authorities. Globally, there's a trend of hydrogen project cancellations due to high production costs, infrastructure challenges, and uncertainty in demand. In the past, Pakistan cancelled projects with Chinese companies, including some related to hydrogen. These cancellations, collectively, represent billions of dollars in lost investment and potential hydrogen production capacity.

Also securing financing for coal projects is the biggest challenge. Pakistani banks don’t have the capacity to provide the kind of financing needed for such projects over longer periods. Also, Chinese lenders are becoming more reluctant to invest in energy projects in Pakistan due to various reasons, including China’s policy shift away from coal, risks associated with Pakistan’s ongoing, unpredictable economic situation, overdue payments to existing CPEC power projects, and attempts to renegotiate power purchase agreements with the Chinese IPPs.

These factors have led to difficulties in debt financing and causing delays in mining capacity expansion.

The Chinese have the money but they are owed shed loads of cash in what they call 'overdue receivables' .

It could be that the questions are so uncomfortable and comments so damning re their rank incompetence that they'll just sweep it under the carpet.

Will they answer the big question i.e. Why has no board member bought a single share since March 2023?
