Same in any company where cuts are being made to raise profit. I work for royal mail, its the same here, management who don't know the job say as they look at their spreadsheets, 'we can cut x hrs from that office'. In the real world that means a cut in quality of service and low staff morale. Hopefully potts isn't doing the same and undermining the quality for the sake of short term profit of customers will go elsewhere.
