Anyhow £15 what a ride!

Thought the Dow was shut today? Or is this a joke that’s gone over my head ?

As I'm an 'accidental' investor this forum is a great source of info as most of you guys are (al lot more) further down the path than me.

I've only got a few thousand shares but they're at average of about a quid each so the paper profit is, for me, something that will allow me to retire a few more years earlier than planned which is (obviously) great.

Used to sell 400 or so at various price points and use the money to overpay the mortgage but then realised, with the help of this forum, that this approach only makes sense if I expect RR shares not to appreciate by more that my mortgage rate of 3.59% !
