RE: Conversion25 Jul 2025 17:08
I received this message from AJ Bell today. Is anyone converting their shares to ADRs? What are the opportunities and risks? If ADRs canβt be traded, whatβs their purpose? I put a lot of money into ARB on a friend's recommendation. Any advice would be really appreciated. Thank you.

Further to our previous announcement, we have received an update reagrding the Argo Blockchain Plc conversion opportunity from ordinary shares to American Depositary Receipts (ADRs).
Please note that Argo has been notified by Nasdaq that it is non-compliant with the minimum bid price requirements for its ADRs, and Nasdaq has determined to delist the ADRs from the Nasdaq Global Select Market after the company failed to regain compliance by 15 July 2025.
Argo intends to request a hearing before a Nasdaq Hearings Panel. The ADRs are expected to continue trading during this period.
As a result, any requests to convert ordinary shares into ADRs will be processed on a best endeavours basis.
In addition, if you choose to convert your ordinary shares into ADRs, this may result in you holding unlisted ADRs which cannot be traded.

Under the terms of the conversion, you have the opportunity to convert your ordinary shares into ADRs. Should you choose to convert your shares, you will receive 1 ADR for every 10 ordinary shares held.
Your election will need to be in multiples of 10 in order to receive a whole number of shares. If your election is not in a multiple of 10, your election will be rounded down to the nearest 10.
Please note, there will be an issuance fee of USD0.05 per ADR. This fee will be calculated based on the total number of ADRs issued, rounded up to the nearest 100 shares.
Please note, the conversion is handled by processing agents in various regions, and there can often be long delays in completing the transaction.
If you choose to convert your ordinary shares, the new ADRs will be credited to your account upon receipt.
