Whichever, having now completed my research, I have decided to sell all my Hemo shares now rather than wait for consolidation and massive dilution thereafter. It's really sad because I believe strongly in the product but like many similar biotech companies, I can no longer trust the competence of the directors.

At least we are not all holders of Hemo, whose SP soared from 1.50p to 1.80p on a positive 7am RNS this morning only to crash down to 0.90p on a second consolidation RNS a few hours later. Enough to give anyone a heart attack.

No it doesn't. The total value of your holding effectively remains the same. However, at a higher SP value, the company potentially has more leeway to punish investors next time.
