Not £4.9m,the December placing rns states "extinguish £4.6 million of the Company's outstanding liabilities."

Smelly, try reading the December 2024 placing rns since CLEARLY states £4.9m liabilities cleared! Leaving over £5m from the £10.1m net(after expenses) raised.

The GMCO reduction from 25% to 15% also cleared the Saudi debts as far as I can see.

Harry is kefi,and he has over the years made connections in high places. The jurisdiction is demanding and it's Harry who been keeping calm and level headed under difficult demanding circumstances,thus keeping the show on the road under extreme pressures.

TK is an extremely important,valuable resource based asset and the share price is on floor. Once the funding is signed off,major works begin at pace,the share price should rerate at pace.

Plus the GMCO should should bring in a decent return near term too underpinning the the company's financial standing going forward.

If around £3m still in the bank,it should last around 6 months more at £500k cashburn per month.

GMCO sale? should ,could bring in many tens of millions.

So a further delay of a few months could easily be accommodated.

December 2024 placing to raise £10.6m,payed off all debts and had around £5m left? Cashburn of around £400k to £500k per month?,so should still have around £3m left? If kefis GMCO holding is sold, we should hear about anytime now,which could easily reap many ten's of millions.

Can't see any reason for placing,especially since TK funding could be in the bag within the month.
