The sp has been diluted with placings.
Ask any LTH where they stand in regards to their original investment!
Of course Harry can`t do the triggering ,but he must have some clout/influence/pressure that he can put on the gov.
Setting dates which are continuously missed does not help.

The potential on paper is enormous.
That said the delay has nearly obliterated the sp.
Bought in numerous times after watching different presentations.
Harry instead of moaning at the depressed share price needs to get the resettlement triggered!
Sick of waiting!
