World beating tools! Therefore its DVRG or a competitor. Either way its a very good example of no country is safe form any virus until its eradicated throughout the world - so surveillance needs to be ongoing for many viruses.

TW has done another article on DVRG which can be viewed on Share P site.
Not great and he's been vindicated in his assessment most of the time with share price declining ever lower.

I think that there was a conversion element to the loan which if applied would/could have a serious negative effect on the share price?

Look at dvrg with a bn of 90pish and the shares are 11.5p and falling.
Who pays the broker?..the company?

Any idea what the fully diluted mcap of msys is and therefore if a TO was in the offing what dvrg would most likely offer per share?

Sad thing is here is that there are some who will defend GB even if the share price was 50% lower.
GT at msys walked and with the failure to deliver GB will consider his position while there still a company to save. I'm than 60% down.

So before this bear market everything was was wonderful regarding the both msys+dvrg share prices? Large orders coming in and no placings and other forms of money raising.
The market has already woken up GB's hype with little delivery.His tweets ,rns's and interviews have very little effect on the share prices of both companies.They often go down.

Once again TW's SP site rips dvrg apart and sad to say they've been right most of the time!

TW invited SA to event he is hosting in the coming months and you can read on TW'S SP site (bearcast explains) that he got impression SA had excepted invite and then pulled out a few days later due to up coming wedding? TW was not happy.
Unless some Croda deal has been done,i think numbers aren't going to meet expectations. imho
