And how will this effect existing shareholders.

That’s the big question and one to which we have no answer.

Funding is in place until the end of the year … but no funds are there for any stage 2 trials at this stage and we must trust that the board acts to protect existing investors without any power to voice objections should we have any …

As a Standard Listed company, OCT is not required to obtain the approval of shareholders for the Cancellation. Pursuant to Listing Rule 5.2.8R, the Company is required to give at least 20 business days' notice of the intended cancellation of its listing. It is therefore anticipated that the Cancellation will become effective at 8.00am on 6 June 2024. Following the Cancellation, the Company will no longer be subject to the regulatory and statutory regime which applies to companies admitted to the Standard segment of the Official List and traded on the Main Market.

I don’t think so. I think they will look for investment and relist on Nasdaq ….

Would be nice to get some sustained share price rises…. But we need news and good progress

Agree seems much more than the average daily volume 🤔 hopefully we are now coming off the bottom and we get a steady rise as progress is made throughout the year …

It’s great to see « the team » talking about what they have been up to …. There is a lot of progress across a number of different areas (many of the compliance and legal (boring but v necessary)) which they will hopefully update us with soon

I think those cost savings have already been factored in to the amount raised … but if they can reduce the timescales that will be very encouraging … especially as project 2 will likely go rapidly in to stage 2 testing 🤔

My understanding. The focus this year is on program 2 (the cbd inhaler) as this needs less regulatory hurdles to cross and this is being progressed in Australia. Clarissa believes this will be the first product to hit the market. The other three programs are all being pursued, with preparations for program 1 phase 2 testing next year. A lot of legal and regulatory work is also being done this year so hopefully by the end of the year … program 2 phase 1 complete, program 1 ready for phase 2 with lots of administrative hurdles for the regulators cleared and legal work to protect investment across all 4 programs complete.

Must admit that the talk of further dilution to raise capital by end 24 worries me … as does the idea they could create 200% more share diluting out share value by two thirds. I know it’s worst case but … worrying

What do you think the chances are if getting government funding through dr Farquhar-smith ? 🤔
