A rounding error maybe .. but to get to 5p from here you are increasing the Mcap from 8m to 30m … there needs to be a reason for this new valuation no ?

Cbx are at 8m valuation now with an SP of 1.3p

10m would put it at about 1.6p

16m would put it at about 2.6p

So what is a realistic valuation for this company (inc the carbon capture offshoot) 🤔

I just added a few. Got my average down (a bit) so now lets hope this thing really takes off ...

As someone in from early doors (and holding a big loss) I must say that … I am more optimistic today than I have been for ages.

I still don’t get the carbon capture (and would expect a lot more communication on this move .. possibly a deal / big order in the pipeline or such like) but for the core business … this a massive move forward !

We need more moves it’s true … but if the BOD can get this deal maybe they are working on others too.

So in summary … happy to wait and see what happens for the next few months. It seems very cheap at this price (and I really wish this was my average price !!). It won’t take much hit this share price to really get going … a few good pieces of news and away we go AND … now that looks a strong possibility.

If i find some money (unfortunately checked the sofa and it’s empty) will top up at these prices.

Great to see some excitement here after all these years but … where do you see this going short and medium term ?

What we need now … is an interview from the company explaining their new strategy and explaining where they are going in the medium term.

I have had a think over the last day or so and I can see how the take over can be positive for share holders long term … but I can’t see the synergies between the two very different businesses 🤔

We need to hear their vision …

Seems more relevant to business than yesterdays curve ball.

I assume that is 2.5m shares ... if so then that is a very small buy, only about £30k. Do you really think it would be having this large an effect on the pricing ?

I have a fair few of these (bought at a much higher level) and I really hope the company makes a a come back from current price levels (for my bank balance if nothing else) but I cant really see how this will occur. I am letting the money ride here as you never know but I am not overly excited at the moment and I am struggling to see any clear direction from the BOD.

I also have a fair few OCTP and that company seems a lot more focused on exactly where they are going over the next few years, with detailed steps along the way. It would be really good to have the same sort of general direction out look for CBX.

I invested initially because I thought they were going to get involved in sports related treatments. With no chance of users "getting done for doping" I still think this is a gap in the market that no one else has tried to exploit. I would be much more excited if they headed back in this direction but failing this ANY thought out, long term strategy would be welcome at this point.

And any updates from the AGM .. I can see it happened but can not find what was said ...

Just been trying to catch up on CBX after not really paying attention for some time and ... wow ... what on earth has happened.

Does anyone feel like giving a potted history around the abandoned merger and the CEO leaving, and where we think they are going next ?

I fear this might only be good for a cgt right off at the moment ...

Agree 100% but … (a) how long will it take for the MHRA to give approval and (b) what happens in the mean time ?
My view
(A) worryingly it could still take months … or minutes. No one knows. I don’t like unknowns
(B) the company had a burn rate on wages and costs. They had enough reserves to get through to next year but … they can not now work in the key project they want to progress.
It is worrying.

I bought, for me, a log of these a while back and sitting on a horrendous paper loss ... does anyone know what happened to the sports range that was mentioned at launch ? This was the main reason I invested but nothing seems to be mentioned now ...

Still waiting for the rabbit … we can all see that timing is not great at the moment with world events … are they waiting for a resolution in Ukraine before going for their big move ??? I really hope so ….

As a long term holder with a lot invested here, I hope CG get this launch right but next week.

We have to see additional sales channels and tie ups to move the share price forward. In the past many have speculated on possible sales channel opportunities but nothing has happened yet. I was quite happy with the magazine exposure a few weeks ago, but it needs to be more and more often. Lets see what March brings but I will have everything crossed that the new products will also be available through on line retailers and other channels as well as amazon and the CG website.

I also hope that sense will prevail and the current social media ban will end shortly ..... the entire USP of this company is that their lab produced products are GUARANTEED to contain NO "DRUGS"

I prefer the original, more positive, post ... but it's hard to argue with any of those issues you list ..
