A new one on me too,although delisting is usually a bad sign. I think it may not be a bad thing for EBP.You will still own your shares. The BOD thinks the value is way above the share price,I`m inclined to agree. You can trade delisted companies at several places. Check them out yourself. Then again they may decide to re-enlist later. Their website will keep us informed.Delisted companies are pretty good at that. I am here for the long haul. Unless it shoots up in the next 3 trading days.Which one assumes is highly unlikely. Yes, I`ve seen it before at MTT they were taken private (which Is very similar) and at Watford leisure also private (but,you can sell your shares directlly to them at what was the market price,if they make it to the premiership they of course may well appreciate. Let`s both hope the BOD are premiership contenders.. Checked out the BOD and they seem pretty genuine. gl with whatever you decide

Trading in the Company's Shares remained sporadic for a sustained period of time since 2010, and the Shares have traded at a sustained discount to NAV which has now extended to over 75%.
