MBH rejects offer from Eagleheads Friday, 20th July 2012 Metro Baltic Horizons has rejected an unsolicited cash offer from Eagleheads Investments OU. Eagleheads has been formed by Metro Capital Management AS, affiliates of MCM and Margarita Novikova. MBH is close to filing claims in excess of â?¬20m against MCM and others. MBH says its board's preliminary view is that the unsolicited offer is an effort to win control of the company at an offer price value of â?¬2.36m for the purpose of stopping it pursuing legal claims against MCM (and others) and to acquire its principal asset at a significant undervalue. At 3:48pm: (LON:MET) Metrocapital share price was +0.25p at 6.75p

The Board's preliminary view is that the unsolicited Offer is an effort to win control of the Company at an offer price value of €2.36 million for the purpose of stopping MBH pursuing legal claims against MCM (and others) and to acquire its principal asset at a significant undervalue.
