I recall some years ago the Directors purchasing a large amount of Shares. Quite frankly one word comes to mind a "Smokescreen".

I must confess I do hope I am wrong. Good luck to all for 2026 and no longer surely ?

£1 per share come on chaps, we must not be silly here, i rely on your expertise to come up with sensible info. This share has not taken off as one would like, at best it will struggle to reach 10p, when that will be who knows....

Thanks for the good news Danny, it must have been my kick up the back side that has this share moving in a positive direction. Mind you from past experience a kick up the back side must be a weekly event, as I fear that 10p prediction is pie in the sky. Keep well and safe to you and all members.

Into November now and who was that member who indicted 10p by xmas, on the basis "The Board were buying shares". This share has gone from 9p down to a dribble, please do not get excited when a Director buys a shares, that tells us nothing.

Don't get carried away Lakeside, if you refer back to the Adept4 days Directors were buying shares then and still the share price plummeted. This share under the original title of Pinnacle only a few years ago was 9p and I only hope for all concerned this 10p per share that was mentioned earlier this year is achieved.

Nice to read a lot of shareholders are warming to this share now and the Directors are buying up more shares wonderful news. Me, I am also beginning to warm to this share as well bearing in mind someone said 10p by xmas (I don't think). I will diary on and will recheck come December, hoping for a wonderful surprise.

I notice many of you have come to the conclusion that when a Director buys shares in his own Company all bows well for the future ? We were in a similar situation a couple of years ago when this share was trading under the name of Adept4 a Director buys £250,000 shares but still the share price plummeted, was this a "Smokescreen" ? I do hope for all concerned that this time round the share price will be on an upward curve and for the member who thinks this share could hit the dizzy heights of 10p by xmas, quite frankly he/she could be way off the mark.

Is there any shareholder still have their certificate(s) showing the title "Pinnacle". When the name change took place sometime ago no instructions were given to return such documents for amendment ?

Does any shareholder still have their share certificate in the old title of "Pinnacle". When the relevant changes were made a couple of years ago I was informed then just to retain the certificate (s) showing the old title. No plans to substitute them showing the current title. One assumes this is the current situation. Your views most welcome.

We will never know what is wrong behind the scenes (if any) as we are only a shareholder. Your comments of the 20/3 is not far from my thoughts as I worked for an Insurance Company in London where everything was running well and suddenly the Leading Underwriter retired and from then on disaster.

I agree Rocka999 no encouragement here, gone from 9p ( at least ) to this miserable share price. The writing was on the wall sometime ago when a Director bought many shares trying to convince us there was life in the old dog, but sadly we knew it was just a smokescreen.

A slow downward curve this share, there is more life in a tramps vest then this one. No change, my entries of the 3/8 and 31/10 refers.

I see no change here, all appears to be doom and gloom. No encouragement from the Directors if just to tell us they are alive. No change from comments listed on the 3rd August .

Nice to see a Director buying shares in their own Company, one has to ask oneself is this a genuine purchase or just a smokescreen, only time will tell and time is wearing thin. Sorry to sound a bit down but we have all seen this share price half in twelve months, not an encouraging sight. Let us all hope for a positive upward curve in the coming months.

No reply from the Company when a shareholder requests information, ouch ??? Its appears they are hiding something or just damn rude ?
