It will survive with the loan of course. Just not sure whether the company will actually achieve anything significant. I'm glad the directors didn't get their bonuses via the share price pushing past ten pence. Rewarded for a falling share price. Nice!

Just looking at the loan notes again. He can convert them around 6 pence or 0.065 if the company fail to pay the interest?
