I do think there have been some shenanigans here, obvious it was going to happen in hindsight. I have seen so much recently, depressing, unless you’re in the circle you have no fair chance, best buy and hold. My bp along with some others may have ticked up a little during this bit of fun but I held ands I have a feeling we may get some Togo News quicker than some expect but I may be wrong, still feel this has all been timed well. Expect CAI results next week too after the consolidation to prop up the sp somewhat.

Yes Pc my KRS holding has reduced in value but also purchase price and shows a nice profit today despite the drop. This makes me think there is more than the XC peeps are going on about and it is it a normal process so expected it rules do not apply, if not then why a court used?
But what do I know, only a jobbing PI

PC I presume my CAI “holding” will just be amended on Monday by my broker. Damn, I will lose 64,000 shares but as that is about £200 I’m not going to cry too much...

Mine still show this AM, based on 6pm 20th Nov volumes. They now have the correct exchange rate for the value however :)

BigJ As said I think there has been a bit of ‘AIM’ fun and games going on by those with vested interests in causing fear and doubt. Not a surprise really as this was such a good deal for LTH.

Not specifically directed at you billy boy and my apologies if any offence caused. I have been in some stocks recently that have been heavily shorted and it was like clockwork, price dips then new voices would appear muddying the waters (ha!) spreading doubt and fear. This could be genuine or there could be some trying to prosper from confusion or trying to get people to sell KRS now fearing they have lost CAI allocation and fearing KRS will fall further, several posters highlighted massive bid offers from market today.
My own belief is that there is confusion due to the rarity of an event like this, my broker may have it wrong and I accept there may be a correction in time. I would not suggest anyone try to sell if they acquired yesterday, just in case there is an almighty booboo.
I find it interesting there was joy mention of an ex date, just a record date in the RNS, as there was a court involved does this big by differing rules to a stock dividend?

two options really, KRS are right and it has been set up in a different way to how some (...new visitors) are arguing and LSE rules do not apply (as this is a unique event)? OR ...KRS are wrong and LSE rules will be implemented, we will find out no doubt. I am surprised I see an allocation today, I recall someone else said the same with IG, maybe this will be amended if my broker has allocated incorrectly but again I ask who gave them the information as I doubt they sat and worked it out for me?? What I see does not tie in with what RL has said to Pablo2

this still showed on my platform at close today.

my platform shows my CAI shares, they have a tax (purchase) cost attached to them and a present value. My KRS shares have the same but the purchase price is now halved or so (not done the exact calcs, this is not just a free share offer is it? I do not pretend to understand the legal machinations of this and there are clearly more complicated workings going on unless I am mistaken, as said my Broker will know nothing of this and will have been given the information by someone...so I am assuming it is correct until proven otherwise.
I had at 6pm on 19th 4057220 KRS shares, at close on play yesterday I had 4122177. Today in my account I am showing 1194154 CAI shares. This is 4122177 / 3.1451963 exactly the figure quoted in the RNS, so my allocation has gone of close of play yesterday.. thus far...

of course there may be some stirring going on, this is a bargain now...after all

I am wondering if there is an ASX / LSE issue here, do stock dividends work differently on ASX and the company simply did not know or think to ask the Nomad before writing the RNS?
Of course this is all supposition as there is no clear evidence either way yet, albeit my platform is showing the CAI value as per last night not the 19th as said, assuming it is not reversed later. My broker will have been given the data by the company I presume.

I am with Charles Stanley, mid morning today I had new line in my portfolio showing Calidus and the number of shares corresponds exactly with my holding as of close of play last night / 3.451963. I had more shares last night than I started with in the Morning as I traded a bit for fun so initially the number threw me but it does add up...
Is settlement date a factor regarding actual ownership of the shares and the "rights" or does it go on the trade date? I am very confused like many I now think?

I do...cannot be the only one surely?
