From what we can tell the company is behaving as if and advising they will be mining shortly. I think it is wording and subtlety that is the issue but there is no need for it. Assuming the restructure required will finalise the licence and it is just a paper exercise but as I have always said it is not set until the ink is dry.

Nov RNS states license granted, not the same wording in today’s.... although they seem extremely positive and I like the 26% director shareholding which has increased as the project has developed showing confidence.
Otherwise all good and bring on production which seems to be looking at increased Capacity sooner and sooner

This is a good board and has been a great community it it’s own way. Tempers have flared somewhat with the fall and constant trolling, I understand this. Perhaps the reason discourse has reduced is that ultimately the situation is well understood now, the story is there, the pieces coming into place and ultimately there is not a huge amount less to discuss due to the great work of LTH who have tracked the story.
I feel some may be closer to the company than others may know, and perhaps there is a frustration that the story is so well understood by some h it not the market, early understanding equals a good investment etc. I may be wrong but am not concerned either way. Once the end of the beginning starts (soon) there will be much more to talk about and I hope the mood of the board improves.
I am very grateful for the board and those who contributed, I have learned a lot and understand far more than I did when starting investing, partly from watching day to day movements, I beg everyone did when the started trading...
Anyway enough from me, keep in there Pdub.
