Nick is value determined across both exchanges or can they have individual pricing?

With a JSE listing how does it work re market price balancing across both indexes? Will AIM shares be available to JSE Market makers and vice versa, a bit like AIM companies joint listing on Nex where I have seen trades from either show up on the other exchange. What I am getting at is whether there is a possibility someone is either selling shares they do not have knowing more will become available soon, or even selling JSE shares before they are public knowledge, ie flipping them straight away in advance of any announcement assuming JSE list is imminent. Far fetched I know but again may explain the drag on the current SP?

Assume these are a bed and isa? That 250k is the biggest buy for a while assuming it is a buy and is what pushed the sp over 42 briefly?

I keep looking in here after getting out mid year, EG hurt too much and I really want to get back in but cannot bring myself as things were so positive there then nothing. I sincerely hope Hav / BH comes good for all braver than me, really positive SP hold at present so hopefully this will be the one.

While we are on V price, anyone know if Largo have shut down yet for their maintenance? Unless there is a stockpile somewhere this must have some effect on the market?

Not sure yo are far wrong there BBN.
It would perhaps be nice to have a special dividend in advance of JSE placings (which make sense the more you think about it, you have just put it so eloquently) to maybe compensate for any short term dilution, assuming any placing is at or below current share price.
However considering that I would be happy if FM ploughed any/all profits back into the business to speed the growth, I do not actually see dividend payment as vital, just the announcement would be another piece in the puzzle moving forward.

I love it when people pop onto the board warning us about the possibility that a share price may fall. It always seems such an odd thing to do, why would they be interested when there are what 3.5k stocks on AIM (open for correction here). I would not waste my time arguing with people on a BB unless I had an interest what ever it may be.

Do you think people kindly warned investors about Apple, Google, Amazon etc when they were smaller....
There is always a context and we have certainly been visited by traders in the gap between news after a big spike up.
fundamentals are unquestionable however, but there will be ups and downs I am sure.

re the 10 trade if person 1 wanted shares and person was offloading/short but they for some reason could not come to a deal, would it be out of the bounds of possibility for person one to chuck in a few small trades to try to nudge the price up a bit to encourage selling, or just to have a bit of fun if person 1 new person two as short and the tide was turning?

any bets on an after hours trade or two...
