Silly game shorting... If you ask me... it is defended by many but imagine applying the same principals to other aspects of life such as people betting your kids would fail at school. Perhaps a silly example but I have a fundamental issue with someone being able to use my or other holders shares against my will to potentially damage my investment whilst the lender of my shares profits along with the entity that borrowers... BURs troubles last year highlighted the opportunity for nefarious activity very well indeed.

Interesting thought... would BMN be suspended pending a major news announcement? Would AIM need to review the listing criteria for BMN if it becomes an energy business primarily? Seen suspension required elsewhere for a fundamental change in the nature if the business and I am not sure this has been discussed here before?? That would b ugger anyone short on shares :)

Re a US listing, I'm seeing lots of talk about US markets valuing new tech and bio much more highly than in UK, with some suggesting it is a better place to list . I guess this is true but looking at it does make me wonderful there are Euphoric clouds on the horizon there?
