If you have borrowed shares (and sold em), and a divided is announced, and the qualification date for holding coincides with your borrowing of said shares, and the share price rockets do you owe both the shares and the dividend?

Alfa I missed this in the fun around midday, assume you have had a more detailed response to the FCA complaint to be able to state that the last 6 months of trading are being investigated? I assume you cannot say much but it is interesting to hear none the less. Thanks for advising as this affects us all to a degree.

I have averaged down here and will do again if it keeps going. That we know games are afoot stops me from worrying at all. I did not intend to sell until BE is up and running and well established, so this actually has no effect on me or my holding. Anyone who is worried best not to look for a while. I am happy to watch and learn however.
The pace has clearly changed this week for what ever reason, suspect as others have said there are several situations going on and once all are cleared we will see things go the other way.
Remember we have just seen the road map to 10,000 massively reducing our production cost and securing long term viability, oh yea and a battery revolution is on the way sooner than we may think.
