Come on chaps-dig out a bit of spare change and press the buy button as they’ve dropped us 7 percent on some £700 .00 quids worth of sales lol.Seriously, really have a gut feeling this is going to be our year at last and the next 2-4 weeks should provide a realistic indicator of where this project stands one way or the other and I am optimistic of a positive outcome based on nothing more than that-optimism that at sometime something good will prevail with what’s at stake providing Copl have a strong legal grip on their share of this potentially world class asset.Wishing all old and new copl shareholders a healthy, happy and prosperous new year in which transparency becomes the norm and the guesswork ends as we hopefully transform into an oil production company.!Stranger things have happened.Happy new year all!!

No news Bob just a bit more general interest and activity around the share over the last three weeks or so.Some taking positions and some lth’s topping up in the hope that something goods got to land and some point by the law of averages ffs.

I’m quietly encouraged by today.After getting straight out of the blocks and heading northward we were pegged back by a number of sales particularly the consistent 5 mill drops.However we managed to absorb these at a reasonable level without experiencing the large percentage drop we often do even on a few small sells.Some may feel disappointed after our start but as I say I was quietly encouraged to end blue after the late morning disposals.

With or without him it’s just edged back up into the blue.A few starts and stutters lately but not all of what he posted was nonsense and I’ve sensed a subtle change in mood and optimism amongst a few here for a while now -which of course may prove to be totally misguided.We’ll see at some point I suppose.

Hi Amadan.You and a number of others have I believe contacted the company for clarification of what’s going on only to be told it’s out of their control .Ok all concerned investors should contact the company and nomad officially voicing their concerns and then approach the Financial Ombudsman should no satisfactory explanation be forthcoming of why we have been suspended for over two years and lost our official shareholders status.To repeatedly glibly retort its out of our hands is not a satisfactory answer when it was they who embarked on this type of listing without our consent and have it would appear have made no concerted effort to equip the company with the necessary requirements to achieve such a listing.We need answers about what has happened to our money which the company will not provide so this is our only avenue it would appear .Apologies if I misguided anyone about complaining btobthe FCA rather than the Ombudsman but I believe a share action group would be treated differently by the FCA.

The reality is we’ve dropped over 12 percent on just over 9 grands worth of sales which is all 16 mill equates to at this pitiful share price.Bit of Christmas money being cashed in but that’s about all it is imo.Big if but just imagine how quick this will move the other way IF good news drops.Mm’s gratefully lapping up the give ways as bizarrely I believe they’ve been a little short of stock as no large dumping in general recently as opposed to some fairly steady buying

Well while I believe Millholland has been a total shi——te In his comms and relations with shareholders for far far to long I do perversely believe that as radio silence has continued for such a length of time and the lack of transparency prevails that a level of negotiation must be ongoing with the many moving parts in all of this with the aim hopefully of getting this over the line which I imagine would involve making realistic and substantial concessions on our part.Sixteen months on from the initial revelation of a dispute and problems should hopefully see us nearing a satisfactory conclusion to all parties as long as imo Millholland shows some humility (not an easy task for him)bites the percentage bullett and Karim Hopefully plays a straight bat whilst probably retaining his holding as I don’t expect he’s worried if this drags on a few more years.Its us whose in the hole and this far down the line I’m hoping it’s wood from trees etc from Millholland in order to grasp whatever we can out of a very substantial project.As I said some sort of outcome must be close considering the timescale of the silence and we must assume price sensitive negotiating.

And therin lays the scam -the fraudulent overestimating of the par value of the projected incoming assets by the ceo and the nomad.All please contact the FCA as you have been misled and misguided by the very people who were supposed to be acting on your behalf as a vote yes was stated and strongly advised as being a vote in all shareholders interests.This was clearly not the case and was a misrepresentation of what was rns’d previously particularly as as of today to our knowledge no cpr or prospectus which are both requirements of a standard listing have been produced and hence constitute a flagrant disalingment with said company intent and commitment by the board.within a reasonable timeframe.

Should be concentrating on negotiating a good percentage of that holding away to Essar imo Rktech if it is indeed them that are the problem.After all they did spend considerable amounts initially in this project and we were always punching above our weight with that holding as we attempted to fundamentally ‘steal’ the lions share with Karim.A let’s say 20 percent share of a project of this size going forward is not to be sniffed at while 40 percent of a dispute and the impasse we appear to be in is basically 40 percent share of sweet FA as is reflected in our market cap today.

But the point is he has taken us down a road we never signed up for initially and misrepresented what was set out to happen at the point of suspension.The subsequent shenanigans have been a blatant attempt by him and his family to manoeuvre and grab all the spoils on offer here at his shareholders expense.The valuation of the proposed new entity has been over inflated in an attempt to accommodate this.If you question this just look at the present market caps of other junior miners like ukog,Ujo etc which have production/proven discoveries on their books.He has misled investors and shareholders as to the proposed inherent value of the new entity and the market will never support these over valuations projections and ultimately lies it is being presented with financially in this charadeHence I state the nomads part in this absurd and ultimately transparent scam which has obviously come to a unsuccessful impasse re.funding shortfall need investigating also.

In short-what we believed was an investment in a company with the potential to rto a number of prime liscences inward has gone.Lets st least make things as uncomfortable as possible for these totally dishounerable dishonest scamming c——-nts including the fee grabbing nomad.

And before certain posters cite the vote as our approval of the direction taken I would question the validity of a vote presented to holders with such little detail and transparency with no prospectus or cpr on proposed assets and the veiled threats contained within of the requirement to vote in a certain manner if progress was to be made( which subsequently has not occurred) Another misrepresentation and misguidance for which these scammers must be brought to account for as this was obviously not in our best interests as the financial requirements of this fantasy and manipulation are proving to be a totally unrealistic manoeuvre with an inherent funding shortfall at the ridiculous levels this has been pitched at in an attempt to service family greed instead of shareholder wellbeing.

We have all been scammed,suckered in by the ‘imminent rto’ in its entirety of transgas as alluded to in the rns of 2017.It appeared straight forward as spamhead owned the liscences in transgas and was the major shareholder in Infinity so a smooth integration looked order of the day.How wrong could we have been as this simplistic model was abandoned to accommodate his and his families extreme greed took over aided and abetted by the nomad.I urge everybody with any sort of holding no matter how small to contact the FCA preferably in writing voicing their very real concerns about what has been going on here,its legality and what has happened to our money-which no doubt been spu——ked by this total fantasist in this ridiculous charade of a full listing which was never in the interests of his shareholders whom he was supposed to be representing.He has in fact used this convulating smokescreen which no other shareholders at the time of suspension bought into to feather just his and his scu—m families nest atour expense.Fundementally we have been the victims of overt misrepresentation and lies and this must not be allowed to happen without at the very least an investigation by the relevant authorities as to the motives for his actions and the appropriation of all company funds

Did my last top up today of 1 ,275.000 at 9.20 today Bolton so not for me.Yeh strange today Mk. almost hoping to snatch some further sales.Really won’t take a lot of buying pressure to project this upward imo-Just the whiff of good news on the horizon .

Agreed Mk.Lets hope this period of no news means realistic concessions on our part are being made and a deal being struck which will result in this project being able to move forward.We can but hope.
