So who are the two majority holders in Leap then ?, and i still think we were forced to take that holding in Yooma or did Ed just wanted to keep in there good books for future projects with these guys down the line, not heard anything from Yooma for a while now, what's Seeds investment in them now worth, LGP can handle that but never liked Yooma from the start

True Aka, I’ve said many times with no figures from Leap how could you do an IPO or sell Leap, so where do we go from here, maybe a private buyer for our 44% but that’s where a lot say it could be sold to friends of friends.

Well by going with the RNS 30th Nov 2020 Ed joined the Leap board to help with his wealth of experience and with his financial and London markets experience which will be invaluable to Yariv and his team to begin the IPO process in 2021, so what did they come up with after 20 months, nothing no IPO and a statement saying we missed our opportunity to Sell/IPO, no wonder many aren't happy with the way the company is being run, too many chiefs not enough Indians come to mind, i mean who is actually in charge at Seed.

Surely if there's going to be a recovery in Seeds share price it will start with the sale of Leap 1st ?

I don't mind LGP, i hope when they sell Leap they might up there stake a little, but i hope they don't put another penny in Yooma, i just don't rate them and said so from the start, I'm sure that was a forced investment from you know who.

For me LL once he said about what Leaps been doing he sorted of just brushed over it and said Seed will do what it needs to do, so i thought reading between the lines it will be sold soon, fingers crossed.

Don't Seed hold the largest percentage holding in Leap, i suppose if they had another 8% they would become the majority holder of Leap, i take it Ed is still on the Leap board representing the largest shareholder Seed , remember Seed and IMG own around 75% of Leap and as you've said they share the same office, you heard what he said we will do what we have to do regarding Leap, so Seed and IMG have the majority and I'm sure them two will stick together.
