Robrob, all i know is Marcum have took over from the last auditors and if everything gets passed they will do the Nasdaq uplisting, i also think matt put a post on here a week or so ago saying portage to raise 30 million, so hopefully we should find out one way or another what's going on, there's a few on here have portage shares out of SALV so like many we have a lot riding on it, plus SALV have till mid Jan 2020 and are looking for opportunities so all not lost there either

oh yes the old buy back, it didn't work last time and i cant see them going down that road for a while if at all, infact if you read the RNS on results day they say they are Refocusing the strategy of the Portfolio to find new investments, so that's what they will do, but saying that a special dividend wouldn't go a miss, GLA
