Is just diabolical... everything about it has negativity attached to it... Sorry to say have always given Colin the benefit of doubt.... but it’s one calamity after another....thankfully I only have a minimal amount tied in this now less than £1500.... even less now.. will just let it ride in the hope we get some good news..... like the Colin tendering his resignation....

You cannot blame anyone... other than yourselves, as you’re the ones that press the buy or sell buttons.... All these Bulletin boards are toxic and best avoided, you wouldn’t go to your local takeaway for financial advice from people you don’t know.... but quite happy to go online to sites like this for information from people you’ll never meet.... crazy... personally have been suckered many a time on here.... have learned my lessons now....

Why, if all you shareholders that have such little faith in the CEO don’t have a vote of no confidence in him.... and get rid of him... Great venting your frustrations on here.. but to do nothing and hold nobody to account..... then you only have yourselves to blame...

But think this is on its 5 year cycle of rinse and repeat..... should be illegal got caught once never again...... interesting watching it play out again from the sidelines....

Funny you saying that.... I was sitting in a bus station only the other day and was informed by a stagecoach driver that the traffic commissioner got involved with an East Midlands service because of the lack of drivers and running of the service...... Stagecoach ended up pulling drivers from Skegness to fulfill their obligations..... Surprised anyone wants to takeover a bus company that currently has nationwide industrial action taking place.... not to mention drivers leaving on a weekly basis....

Only news you’ll be getting mate is ......... they’re all out on strike... currently 20 different pay disputes nationwide... then there’s the current driver shortage..... then there’s Stagecoach themselves on Twitter apologising to customers for not being able to get people to school and work......yup can see the sp heading towards a quid by the end of the week....

@CHRI55..... just to keep you up to date..... I’ve never been sacked from any employer..... though I have been self employed for 30 plus years during my working career. Whilst working for Stagecoach I built up a substantial share holding prior to the Covid outbreak both privately and through the sharesave scheme the company run... up until they stopped it because of Covid.... From the outbreak of Covid I invested heavily in Stagecoach and have done rather well... I actually retired in 2015... but went back to work because for no other reason than I wanted to drive a bus and the opportunity arose..... I continue to be a shareholder though not to the holding I once had. I left Stagecoach on my terms not theirs. You maybe right in that I’m bitter, but I wasn’t bitter about pay....All I know is that there are grievances nationwide at every depot, some are pay related, but a lot are about conditions... So for you to say drivers won’t strike because they can’t afford to strike... is just an insult to stagecoach employees. Personally I hope they don’t strike , but senior managers and directors at all levels have become complacent and ignorant to both conditions and pay. I’ve personally seen a document written by a director admitting that the company has received a bloody nose and has asked employees to send him a message telling him what was wrong... he got 480 replies within the first hour...As a side issue the entire bus industry needs a massive wake up call...because if it doesn’t change it will lose contracts... and the days of drivers driving empty busses and expecting government subsidies will be a thing of the past....

To some ex colleagues down at the bus station yesterday 50 drivers have left the same depot I left back in June..... and the numbers just keep rising........ And nationwide industrial action looming being voted on..... Sorry but Stagecoach management need a massive wake up call...

All they need now is drivers..... drivers..... and dare I say drivers....and stop the haemorrhaging of employees of all grades leaving......

Everyone is struggling to recruit... however it’s time these companies got themselves into the 21st century. They need to redress the balance of work / homelife the entails a hell of a lot of responsibility and generally the buck stops with the drivers. The work responsibility to pay ratio is appalling, not forgetting abusive passengers and then you have abusive fellow drivers..... And what makes matters even worse is abusive managers..... I came out of early retirement to do bus driving.... I never needed the job being an ex London plumber...but always wanted the chance to give it ago driving a bus...when I did my lessons the youngest in my group was 18.... the oldest (me) was 54......that was two years ago.....we’ve now all left... nothing to do with the dismal wages... but the bullying culture administered by the management...which isn’t acceptable...What they seem to forget is that without government funding they are nothing.... and without drivers there is no business to fund......

Well I left my depot in Cambridgeshire in June..... since then another 30 odd drivers have left at my depot alone... wages are at an all time low.... shift patterns are appalling.... management bullying is prolific. They keep on blabbing about how Stagecoach is one big happy family and giving group hugs... management keep telling drivers they’re making no money.... drivers are driving around in defective busses..... how do I know they’re defective??.... because the dashboard tells the drivers the bus they are driving is defective....and if it’s raining, it’s usually raining in the drivers cab.... if you want a truer picture of stagecoach, visit the indeed site and read the ex employees reviews.... nationwide they’re beginning to have a problem..... as per the union...... useless.... oh and most of my old colleagues have gone to Stagecoach’s competition rather than LGV driving.... I went to first group and loving it...

Some posters were saying this pile of poop was going to be £20.... I have to say it’s nearer 20p than to £20..... to those posters advocating this was only ever going to head one way... any idea as to when... ???.... personally I don’t believe this or other companies like it should ever be allowed to trade on stock markets and lose investors money.... then regurgitate the same scenario every 4 or 5 years..... yet produce didly squat.....

Taliban will all become born again Christians before this gets anywhere near £12.50......As to how anyone can rate this pile of poop as £20.... just beggars belief...... this isn’t an investment.. it’s a gamble and no more than that...

Why all the so called shareholders, who are calling the current CEO incompetent and fellow directors useless, on a daily basis and repeat the same old garbage day in day out..... Stand up to the plate, issue the company and tell the company that you and your fellow camaraderie’s want a EGM and vote on whether the CEO is competent along with his fellow directors....... if not just give it a rest.... if only for a day.....

Need to research how many people have been shafted and trapped in over the last few years in URU..... personally I wouldn’t trust Zorby with the crap in my cats litter tray..... don’t believe anything you read on this BB without doing research and more research and even more research.....

@Thinkin why don’t you wait till 9am for the CEO to turn up for work, then get on the blower and tell him that you are a high roller investor and pay his and all the others wages.... And demand he posts an RNS so you can see how your £500 stake is doing...... Better still leave it till 09:05....At least give him a chance to make a cup of coffee.... No good asking him on here... So you telephone him ok?

@Shelly71 if you keep ****ging the CEO off on a public forum and no doubt numerous other social outlets...... you can hardly be surprised the SP doesn’t reach your 70p..... maybe you should give ramping a bash.??...... Oh and as a share holder you could have asked the CEO to stand down.... Have you? ... if not why not??
