So if we can hit 5m Oz with 100m shares in issue at $700 per Oz profit.That gives a profit over the mine life of $3.5bn...How do you value a company with this potential for eventual sale day?

Fantastic ,but as an investment..terrible.. Can't fault the bod or the resource but as for making money...

To be fair we've heard the word transformational for the last few years..agreed we need to wait a bit longer but the true value is when we are either bought out or are producing. We don't have large buys, director buys, Canadian volume or much market interest so it is a waiting game. Don't hold your breath..

Condor is getting 12 months more from me and I'm selling and moving on. I've heard this is the year...we are in last 10% of the project...re rate due..re listing..Such a shame that a well run company with a cracking reserve just doesn't give any kind of return on investment over the years.

Things have never been better here. MC is very bullish, the resource is growing, Nic government are backing us, loads of news in the pipeline..I could go on. Happy days and good luck all.

To achieve early cash flow could involve extracting gold from the permitted La India open pit and trucking the ore to either El Limon or La Libertad mine and processing the ore through either of those existing processing plants. Both mines have spare capacity. We are permitted to extract 600,000 oz gold and don’t have to wait for the mine at La India to be built before we go into production. It would be great to have some early cashflow. The company I'm sure are currently working through different scenarios.

No egg from Mark, I as many here have been supporting Condor for some time and it is not his style. Although its been a long road(but it is what it is)..this company ticks all the boxes..small amount of shares in issue 67m, cracking well respected BOD, quality key stone investors, CEO with loads of skin in the game, an ever expanding gold district and permits to mine the bloody stuff!! Also we have banks wanting to lend us the finance to proceed.

We all could have bought at that price, also Marks presentations have always stated how good the resource is..Great news today and onwards and upwards from here. Must be a few mid tier/majors looking on. GLA.

After the more skin in the game buys I am more than happy to stay invested here. This will not be at these levels next year. I'm underwater at the moment but anyone buying below 50p is gonna be laughing if they can hold for 18 months..well played MC and JM.gla
