i can see there is a lot of negative comments here this morning and i do understand as you think you have been sold out ,,,
but look at it another way this might end up being a good deal for both company which will help them go forward in a big way which will benefit all of us in the long term i hold both cerp and bpc and i am going to hold tight and see how it all pans out without the panic and buy more of both share if i think the price is good . both company have put many year into there company so there not just going to chuck it up the wall for no reason good luck to all but i must say i am getting a good vibe for this merger and i see a positive road ahead

i think so willec , but i think it will take to the middle of next week for people to calm down and see the potential . but i am getting good vibe with this one i think it will come out good in the long run and for people who can hold for the long run could be wealth if they hold over a million share

there a lot that not being told but i think its going to be very good news bpc are 100 percent about oil being there as the drilling company offered to drill for a percentage rather than being paid which is a excellent possertive thums up because a drilling company would not do that unless they were sure there was oil there because it cost to much to do so

what you all got to take into account also ,,,, bpc does not pay any tax
R&D is based on a tax rebate but BPC don’t pay any tax as they are tax domicile in BVI and the BH govt don’t take any tax for capex. So unless you count license fees as a pseudo tax then tax is zero. It’s in the accounts.
