If you have a dealing account they should be able to transfer from ISA into that and leave it there at ‘nil value’ until such time as they relist or whatever.

Your shares if in an ISA should just be tranferred to a trading account by your broker. From there they can stay as unlisted. If you want to sell you will probably need to be taken out of CREST and a certificate issued. These should all be formalities. I have had AAA shares sitting there for years since their delisting.

For clarity, it is only the listing which is being cancelled not the shares themselves. These may or may not have any immediate value - the secondary market may tell us. At some future date the shares may be listed elsewhere.

Having been through this situation before with AAA - my broker (EQI) merely transferred the shares out of my ISA into my dealing account which still shows xxx shares but at no value. I cannot see why this should not be the same for DEV as the shares are being de-listed and not cancelled

Barclays have a stake in AAA hence the cv’s of the new board - hopefully an escape route for AAA and ASLR shareholders

I had the misfortune to invest in MESH some years ago which a share swap with AAA has left me with a valueless asset. This is still in my dealing account having been moved years ago from my ISA. DEV will suffer the same fate but CGT is unlike to be a consideration unless we are very lucky. Just leave them there and see what happens, if anything

They have a mega 24M shares in AAA Capital inherited from their stake in Sentience - but be worth something or nothing

If my unreliable memory serves me right, were we not only buying a Veative subsidiary and not the main company? This was also dependent on relisting by the end of January 2023.

May be the Bonnier/AAQUA v Candy case and it’s possible effect on AAA - a major investment for ASLR

Thanks for posting this - we need AAA to tell what is going on - nothing heard from them since the AAQUA statement in mid-October or Buchanan who told me in May 2021 that all would be sorted over a year ago and not to worry

Hope this means there may be something happening with AAA with ASLR having 24m shares
