The Yoonic product was initially launched by the Group in Malaysia at the end of June 2013 with distribution
support by Celcom, a leading Telco in Malaysia. Subsequent launches have taken place with PLDT and PT
Nextnation Prisma in the Philippines and Indonesia.The Directors believe that the take-up to date in terms
of new subscriber numbers has been extremely encouraging, with over 483,000 subscription transactions
in August, being the first full month after the launch, and rising to over 1.04 million in October 2013. The
Group is also in discussions with a number of other major Telcos and distributors in South and Southeast
Asia and expects to conclude and launch these relationships in the coming months.
