Yanis. Thanks for the comment, this isn't about the money, it's a good will gesture and a confidence booster. GL said he needed to sell Angus again to the markets and shareholders, he should look closer to home first by involving more BOD members to take or increase their stake in the company. I'm sure most would agree that if this was to happen the SP would rerate to another level. My motto is, If you don't show confidence yourself , don't expect it from others.

Mirasol. According to GL's last interview Angus Energy is a pretty safe bet, what has Mr Hollis got to lose after Paddy's £10k top up. It seems ok for shareholders to pay their salaries, but not good enough to install confidence from the technical leader of the company.

gkb. Exactly,the whole BOD rely on his so called 40 years gas and geological knowledge when replying to investor technical questions. He has to put his money where his mouth is, and not just receiving a salary like the ceo from the dark side!

I think Andrew Hollis should buy because GL depends on his knowledge for the seismic and drilling techniques etc. If you are the company technical director you should show faith in your own ability, If not suspicions arise in the minds of other shareholders. If he is skint fair enough, but if not he should put his hand in his pocket like others.

Yanis. I see Paddy is averaging down LOL. It would show faith in the future company calculations if Andrew Hollis bought shares being our head geologist and technical director.

It looks like the BOD are finally listening to shareholders, It,s only a tiddler from a person of high nett worth though. I would be interested to see our head geologist follow the trend.
