If an offer was made at say 2-3p which doesn't have to be accepted will make the SP fly. This in turn shows the markets a value of the assets either reserves or in production which ever the offer is made on. Once you have a vastly higher SP you can place shares and use the warrants to expand the business.
I also think there is a much bigger picture emerging for the SBY site regards to the Hydrogen storage salt caverns after production is depleated. The Hydrogen ready pipe will be connected to the Hubs in the existing gas system for future use IMO.
With the so called lack of market value any offers could be used as a yard stick, the origional quote of 25% was £8m. I think Angus know there is more gas in the licence to exploit with all the work they have done.
