simple reason is that it must be 'alive' and ongoing otherwise they would put out an RNS. SKK seems to have some sort of confirmation...any news on that mate?

never said it was good management, in fact I've said the way the review has been handled has been pants and imo did not need to be announced when it was.Just about everything else has been executed very well though, except the review.

when these touched 14p and looked like going higher I never dreamt I would get the chance at 9p or under again!, Here we are and sentiment is at rock bottom and it's only going one way until a conclusion. I wouldn't mind picking a load up at 6/7p in the short term.

this is going down until the review is sorted imo.If it's no deal then this will really suffer.If it takes until xmas this will be where 6/7p, then if it's bad news it could go another 2/3p lower, that's a frightening thought! That's why I said suspend it if it's possible, at least it would tank from a higher position. My view now is that there is no deal to come, it's taken too long, just put us out of our misery!!

the very thing that was supposed to help the sp is the reason we sit here 35% down from a few weeks/months ago.You couldn't make it up. If we get a negative outcome and this tanks below 6p will anyone load up and see it as a good opp or sell and move on?

Vern, they last bought at 10p last year, so you would think it is a better prospect to buy now at these levels.

Interesting, as that is exactly what I have been banging on about to management. Don't hold your breath rgds a divi, won't be happening anytime soon imo. I have also recently asked them to put their hands in their pockets, won't hold my breath on that either.They need a stream of news regardless of any buyout, having said that the business is in great shape atm.
