I think management have the support of the major s/h....for now! Even SJL reckons his support won't last indefinitely and will be havin' a word or two (probably already is) if things don't improve.I am still just in the first group, for now at least.That will change in the coming weeks if we are still at these levels.
Who can forget the total mismanagement of that review/debacle? Largely one of the reason we are at these levels imo.

I would imagine that Hony and others would snap your hand off to get their money back at 13p. I bet they might be tempted at less than that too considering where we are today.

If we are expecting 15p+ then don't hold your breath on any offers coming in anytime soon.We are deluded if we think anyone will stump up x3 mcap. Just my opinion of course.

I just think there is doubt about stability with these renewals.If vip struggles this time around then what? I had hoped the blockchain stuff would add some good revenue and stability to take the strain a bit but that looks like it's some way off.
I just don't think we generate enough 'free' cash for divis anytime soon.In any case it won't happen until revenues are stable and consistently outstrip expenses, which is a while away yet. So it's NO divi this year imo,(markets seem to agree) hope I am wrong though!

is it not just the adjustment % change due to the extra shares added.He hasn't actually sold anything but his % in the company is slightly less.

0.5p divi certainly would be exceptional! Maybe nearer half that, if at all.Anyway we would find out in the accounts wouldn't we? I suppose it will be leaked before then though.
