yes YHAL, I think the markets are thinking there will be some big offloading in the near term too. I've said before my thoughts on SJ/ICM.

maybe there will be forced sellers before end of Dec. They will keep the sp low until they have offloaded I expect. So much manipulation it's untrue!!

not quite sure how it can reduce visibility. It's at least 50% of the profits for a start! So I would say it's still quite in your face so to speak.

well I believe it was a consideration when ICM were trying to sell, why not now? I am fairly sure whoever (if) is interested they will bring that ball into play.

and how much do we discount for the ICM portfolio? It will be a consideration imo.

if they can get to $9/10m+ profits then add in the $5/6m that can be saved in current o/h/expenses, then that could be near enough.

it matters not in the big scheme of things as I expect this to be sold in the next 12/18 months anyway.

if the vsp hits even 50% of expectations then this is well over a quid, so plenty of uplift yet.

I'm just pleased that they are in a position to pay it off at all at this point. However. in doing so I think that any divis will have to wait a few more months imo.

Regards Luxe there is going to be bigger numbers because of the freemiums (500k) so I don't expect too much revenue from the extra 'sales'.
