a good reason to sell now then! A bigger wealthier concern can do a better job and can extract better value from this portfolio imo. It's a good bolt on for someone who can better market this.

Maybe way off the mark, but there must be a reason why they changed their minds after announcing a divi early in the year to then a tender offer. I think maybe a decision was made to get ready for a sale after the earlier divi news, hence they uncovered the shenanigans!!

Can't see the point them selling down, not after the 'clean ' bill of health. Still profitable, no debt etc etc. The buyback route indicates to me anyway that a sale is gonna happen in the not too distant future.

well SJ put TF at the top of his list so I think we are in good hands there. We also know the ICM culture was divis, so hopefully he will push that notion in future. For me, I think at this point buybacks are the correct thing to do.

what I like about this tender is it's not all about Covid but the govt putting together a world beating genomics/diagnostics/lab set up. It's potentially over 4 years so will be great to get some of it. Maybe the new Ygen Genomic set up had this and other tenders in mind?
Also looks like some of the awards will be mahooosive too!!
