I think you are wrong there. They left HH for Brockham and only approached Cuadrilla after they got permission to test Balcombe.

If they were still in HH i do not think they would have approached Cuadrilla at all.So yes they did right leaving HH now that they have two fields both drilled and ready for testing. Exciting times ahead I think.
