I think the OGA advised Angus to put in a retrospective planning application seeing that the SCC think it needed one.But Angus say they had all planning in place including the OGA permission. SCC would be stupid to postpone again with nothing to back them up. The earthquake nonsense should not be in question because this is NOT what they are voting on. They are voting on a well that as already been drilled and ready for production.

Like I said earlier this meeting is about a well that as already been drilled it is retrospective planning not earthquake planning.For those who got in early enough not a problem, For those waiting for decision who pay a higher price there can be pitfalls if something else crops up a week or two down the line they get locked in where as those who got in cheaper can escape probably with some profit.That is why I get in early.

As there been any more earthquakes since.It was two years ago that Brockhame was drilled and at present the site is empty, would it honestly have taken Brockham to have caused these earthquakes two years later, pull the other one.

To all new investors who probably do not know the in's and out's of the ongoing saga between SCC & Angus Energy.Both parties believe that there was a problem with one of the well heads that the BRX 1 well was drilled into,SCC think Angus needed planning permission to do the side track Angus believed that they had all the planning that was required both parties got their councils to look into the matter but both councils backed each party up. So there is a stalemate. After both the SCC and Angus Energy had talks at great length Angus put in for retrospective planning has a way of going forward helping both parties not to lose face.If the SCC do not give permission tomorrow they will have in effect stabbed Angus Energy in the back and Angus Energy will not take it lying down. SCC can not afford a court battle that they could lose especially now that the government wants councils to help oil & gas explorers full stop.If you can find the Video of the SCC meeting where the planning officer was full of confidence that it will be sorted at this next meeting you will understand that it is done and dusted permission will be given.Just my thoughts by the way.If the SCC try to hold this up again because of earthquakes then they as responsable councillors should not be in office.

that people who sold this morning will be kicking themselves that they sold to low.This share rises very quickly as there are very few shares in circulation they in my opinion have no concept at all what this share price should be.I cannot see the SCC not giving permission on Brockham if they did not they are opening themselves up to a costly court battle that they cannot afford as they are skint.The ongoing saga that showed its ugly head was brought about by two different opinions on production from the Brockham oil field.It is well documented as you should all know.Angus and the council have been in long discussions on the best way forward to overcome their differences. This 8th of Aug meeting will put everything to bed. If you have all done your home work then I need say no more.

The nearer we get to the SCC meeting people seem to get scared why I do not know. Once they have passed Brockham they will need to pay a lot more for these shares. I can not see them refusing Brockham or they may have the Government on their backs.
