@SLBH. Good morning. In answer to your question about where do people get their optimism from I think from a personal point of view I am just looking at the basics. The company was a recovery play when I bought nearly 3 years ago and Rahul set out a 5 year plan that seemed to make sense for me. My average is 22p having bought and sold along the way so I have nothing lost so far other than time. I suspect that a lot of people who moan were looking for quick gains and bought in at higher prices ? I do honestly believe that the world problems of the last couple of years will sort themselves out and economic relief will return. If it doesn’t then the alternative is that a threesome of crazies in Russia, china and NK will end things for everyone in a firestorm that will make everything else irrelevant so makes no difference to me.
If you’re able to hang in there I think you’ll be okay…..x

Mrs B seems to be “lost at sea” as haven’t heard anything for a few weeks now other than a letter from someone with a triple barrel name (Screwers, Muggers and Hardass) that I am yet to open. I assume she is mixing in higher circles these days. Either way my eternal optimism builds that whatever happens a very large drink for the Sareum Male United Gentry (SMUG) will be in order within the next few months. Let’s just stick to the science, news and facts. Some of you have my admiration for the work you put into this board so why ruin it by remonstrating with those that just want (and succeed) to get a reaction out of you??????

When I first bought into Sar almost two years ago I did so because of all the intelligent and positive postings on this BB and because there were people here who understood the science a lot better than a Luddite like me could possibly manage.
Sadly, it has become like a school playground and although I acknowledge there will always be differing opinions about the steps the BOD are taking but we have to accept that nothing, anyone says in here, is going to change them from their chosen course as advised by their advisors.
Can I suggest that to encourage more positive input from those that know their stuff we refrain from the petulant and juvenile name calling and accusatory remarks? Who cares if someone is short or long? That’s their choice like it was mine to go long when I entered.
Let’s all just try to be adults so as not to discourage the valuable insight on the science please!!!
