Using the Stochastic RSI, daily over 6 months, its oversold. Fundamentals are still very strong but it’s oversold none the less. In my view anyway.

I tried and managed to get a dummy sell for 20,000 shares but only once. Chart still saying oversold.

Looks like more sells than buys again snd some chunky sells again too. It move when the MMS want it to. For me, this is the longest period of consolidation for a while. DVR will need to start buying in the open market if he wants warrants at 50p. We’ll get there, but maybe not anytime soon.

Nice numbers. Could be multiples more I think. I’ve said for a while that I think £1 is doable this year.....I’ll revise that to 80p with dilution. I can’t see Warrants at 50p not being hit this year, and DVR will want multiples of that over the long term. Potential is huge here. Borg on Twitter has just stated that Dev is bordering on oversold....I’ve looked at this tonight and I think it’s just touched on oversold (although he’ll know way more than me), so tomorrow will be interesting. Fingers crossed.

AAA, when I checked earlier it’s neither over sold or over bought. The upward trend is strong though. It’s not a buy for me, but if I was in, I’d be more than happy to hold. Good luck with both.

AAA is flying at the mo. Really hard to believe Dev and AAA were neck and neck only a few months back.

My average keeps creeping up! It was 3.82p a while back and it’s now 6.43p.....I must stop buying Dev shares!

Yes, sorry. Simple maths is not easy in the early hours! At £5.75mil it would be a SP of 80p taking into consideration 20% dilution. You get the gist though, and I think revs will be nearer 8-10 mil anyway. Apologies for silly error.

Bear with me on this. I divided the £675mil by £209.4mil, which is the MCap at 36.5p. I multiples this by 36.5p and then worked out 20% to take into consideration any dilution. To be fair I think dilution will be more than 20%, maybe 25%, but you get the gist and they are only ball park figures. Looking like it’s stuck at 35-36p for now....not quite sure what will move this forward if the news since last Tue didn’t. Obviously announcement of increased revenue would help the cause, but don’t see that coming any time soon. Having said that Dev has repeatedly risen on nothing and then dropped / consolidated on news. Three weeks we’ve consolidated in this range, now.

Won’t buy anything above 5000 shares this morning....looks like another down day. Someone did say they’d but in a buy order at 31p. Wonder if it will go that low at some point! Hmmmm

From memory, Dev had revenues in the first quarter of £1.25mil, with booked revenues of £2.4mil. I’ve just been doing a little digging and Veative Labs had a revenue of $3mil, equivalent of £2.1mil. So assuming revs are the same this year, that makes £6.75mil in 2021, for Dev. We all know that that doesn’t include NiSA etc. If you use a multiple of x100, as some of the big Edtech companies have been valued at (I believe some are valued at x133, so I’m being conservative), £6.75mil x 100 = £675,000,000 which means a SP of £1.17p. Reduce this by 20% due to dilution, = 94p. That’s based on what we already know / have. I’d take that, and this is just the start! Food for thought. Happy to have any errors pointed out.

I could dummy sell both 50,000 and 100,000 this morning and was offered 37.6p and later 37p. Couldn’t dummy sell anything this afternoon either. Couldn’t dummy sell last week much either. There obviously isn’t the desire to buy at the moment. Cud be in this range for a while longer, although last time I said that (26p) is finally broke through 30p. Consolidating nicely at this range....watch this space I guess.

I would agree with all that. Based on other Edtech companies conservative multiplications of revenue at x 100. I still think we’ll do £8mil minimum this year, which puts market cap at £800 and a possible sp of about £1. Doable this year....but next year could be significantly higher!! All being well.

.....seems to be less than impressed with the acquisition. Would have thought after last Tuesday and today, we’d have seen a bigger uptick, but what do I know?

....that RJs 44p is pretty much an increase of 20%....which is the same as the increases in shares being issued as part of the deal!

I had wondered if something like this may happen with regard to Veative. It has to be great news.....onward and upward. Unicorn status soon. I said a while back I was calculating the market cap with increased shares in the market. It’s a no brainer for me.

So far I’ve found RJ to be accurate with his assertions but slightly out on his timescales.....I’m willing to wait and see what happens. 44p wudnt surprise me in the next 10 trading days. I was thinking 45-55p by sometime in June. Time will tell.

That’s how I felt over last (long) weekend and then last week happened. Having said that, we’re due a rise up to all time highs soon, by my reckoning! All fun and games!

I can see this going lower in the short term as selling is relentless. Disappointing week after such a great update on Tue. That’s life.....just focus on where this will be in 8-9 months. Funny how AAA and this were the same share price at one point, late teens I think. Almost a 20p difference now. Fingers crossed for a better week next week. 44p? Certainly not by the end of today.
