The sodium content of sea salt and table salt is identical — 40% when measured by weight. However, some sea salt may have larger crystals than table salt, so the sea salt may have less sodium by volume because fewer crystals will fit in a measuring device

It last ages so not massively concerned about the price. The health benefits are huge. Good luck with your sea salt so long as it reduces your sodium that's goodness

Yea I have been using the product since launch. For me it's a no brainer it reduces my sodium content when added to food and achieves the same taste as salt

Some interesting points Yorek. These are similarly my personal thoughts.My understanding is that MicroSalt can be used with several agents and I haven't

seen anything to suggest that companies are removing Maltodextrin. I have seen a lot of commentary about the world needing to reduce its sodium content.

The perception that MicroSalt is just for snack food is somewhat dated.

I would offer up the following as potential areas of use

Snack food crisps peanuts popcorn.

Salt shakers and dispensers nothing to say that this couldn't go into mcdonald's for their fries and every other restaurant and table in the world.

Bread

Pizza bases

Medical tablets

Sauces

Cereals

Snack bars

Food coatings e.g kentucky fried chicken

The list is endless. The size and scale of the market is a telephone number

The Chinese Patent, allowed Mexican Patent Application, and accepted Australian patent application all claim priority to United States patent applications that issued as United States Patent No. 11,992,034, entitled "Low Sodium Salt Composition," and all are directed to a low sodium salt composition comprising salt adhered to a carrier particle produced according to a claimed process.

Tek is only transferring customers between portfolio companies.

They have established an independent company with ip income and overhead. This also establishes a very visible valuation that not even you can argue existed yesterday. It also removes any funding requirements for this business from TEK not only does it transfer the income it also transfers the overhead.

All of this before we start talking about AI associated with this business going forward I will leave it there
