I think PH are offloading since the financing deal was announced. IMO they are more likely to have sold most of their 66 million shares if not all by now. Once they are done with selling SP will move upwards quickly. Good luck all fellow LHT.

IMO Until Peel Hunt is not done with selling their 66 million shares, we are not moving much from 1.5p range. Looking at last week or so shares traded and YES most of them were buys we hardy moved which is a clear indication of big seller in the back ground. I think Peel have already sold atleast half of that or maybe more. Soon we will start moving. Best of luck all fellow LTH.

Before people start saying this is AIM and Buys VS Sells are not accurate and stuff but still something doesn't add up. For last 2 weeks now Buys have been on average 10 million more than sells which makes over 100 million shares and yet we are down most of the days. Manipulation to it's extreme going on here. Question is WHY?

I know Buy vs Sell is not accurate but it is stall a very rough guide as to what's going on and Buy as it stands are 10million more than sell and yet we are down. WHY? must be a big sell order being filled who know. SP is consolidating after 300% raise in last 2 weeks. It was expected to be at some point. Patience is key. Good luck all new and LTH

I'm LTH and I'm not planning on selling anytime soon. My average was 75p pre equity financing and I believe in both products we have as they will save so many lives and that's the reason i invested in GDR in the first place. Decided to put more hard earned money and participated in equity financing and now average is 12.15p to be exact with over 1.5 million shares. I'm holding tight to my shares and not selling them at loss especially now with sooooo much to look forward to in near future. Good luck all LTH and new fellow investors.

Personally I'm happy for SP to have slow and steady growth. Good sign is that yesterday and today SP has held above 2p for the first time since financing and this is backed by large volumes. I am heavily in loss here with 12p average after massively averaging down but I believe in GDR and both test we have to offer. What we need is NICE approval and some decent sales to underpin the steady SP growth. A lot of traders are here for quick profits unlike me I 'm long term investor so I'm holding tight. IMHO Peel Hunt will slowly sell all their holding. They are the reason for SP not going up even though Buys have been 3 -4 times compared to sells for last few trading days. Good sign that SP is holding in fact slowly creeping up. I think Peel hunt will be out by or just after NICE news. IMO it is good for SP in long term. Good luck to all fellow LTH.

Different broker have set different last date for applying for open offer shares. Normally they want funds up to the value of shares you want to apply in your account at the time you opt for agreeing to buy the open offer shares and any extras. You will not see these shares in your account before 3 June 2024, as all this financing is conditional on existing share holders approving this financing at the AGM called by company at the end of this month. Once the resolutions requesting financing have been approved and minimum amount of £6 million or more have been applied for via Open and retail offer then your brokers will start putting shares in your accounts on and after 3 June 2024. I hope this makes sense.

I have personally applied for 3 times my holding under open offer and 4 times my holding under retail offer and if I get all what I applied for my holding will be 7 times my existing holding. Yes I can buy in open market but that money will not go to the company I rather get extra shares under financing so GDR get funding. I personally think both open offer and retail offer will be over-subscribed and I might not get the full amounts I requested but willing to take that chance. My understanding is that every broker has to honour open offer option . I would recommend call your broker and sort it out. Those 3 brokers you are referring to are for REX option. I hope this helps

I'm buying my full quote of open offer which is 1 for 1 share I hold but I want more to average down. I can apply for extra under open offer too but that is not guaranteed, extra shares under open offer will only be offered if open offer is under subscribed which I don't think will be the case in fact it will be over subscribed. I definitely want shares and don't want to leave it to chance hence want to apply extra under REX option. I hope this makes sense.

I'm with Interactive investor and they didn't have any information on REX offeringas yet. I called their corporate action team and they said so far no information so can't apply under REX. I will be definitely taking my full OO shares and also apply for extra under REX if I can get them. I have to average down massively.

Does any experienced fellow investors who understand this deal with RF know how many more share GDR have to issue to them? I think we already nearly issued 20 million so far for this deal since April 23? Thanks

@MYIPA - read all my previous posts mate I have not and will not de-ramp a company I'm ALLIN with. I only Hold GDR shares in my investment and ISA account and I'm already ALLIN because I believe in the company and its product and long-term future. I expressed my disappointment on SP movement today at such a great new that all. Anyway All genuine LTH good luck.
