JDAU Thanks for the link but this statement " Xtract will receive between 20% and 23% (dependent on prevailing gold price) of the hard rock after tax operating cash flow" makes no mention of any further payment to mmp.
I suspect I will not be the only one surprised that 20% can mean 13%

Perhaps my wording was clumsy. I thought that xtr deal with MMP was for Fairbride only leaving the other manica areas unde xtr control.

I didn't realize MMP had control of the whole of manica. I was hoping for more than 13% but the cash will hopefully tide us over until the main Fairbride event.

I'm sure pick your own will turn up soon telling us he's been telling porkies and that he's been secretly loading up. At least he will do if the sp rises.

I seem to remember that the gold was sold as dore bars, ie, bars containing minerals other than gold, and that was the reason for a lower price.

The only reason you and I hold shares here is because of the potential. Yes the progress has been disappointing but endlessly griping about CB looking for opportunities is getting a bit wearing. It's these opportunities in Zambia and now Oz that's pursuaded my to buy regularly since 0.65p.

You can't deliver anything unless you first spot potential. Manica itself was only potential until CB got hold of it.

You keep inferring CB should be concentrating more on manica. Xtract is not the operator there as you well know. What exactly is it you want him to do at manica?

At no time today was 0.7p available to sell. 0.67p was the best quote I could get at any time for 500000 shares.
